Due to the expansion of our global pharmaceutical manufacturer partner we are looking for an expert in the field of Mechanical Engineering to join their growing team in Hungary.
Within a global scale the company is a TOP 3 chemical product developer and manufacturer and conducts CDMO activities in five European countries working with more than 80 APIs distributing into 80 countries. As a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer at the Budapest facility you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of chemical production. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for equipment availability and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the maintenance system.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for equipment availability and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the maintenance system.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the maintenance strategy and methodology for production and service equipment
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for equipment involved in manufacturing proposing measures to reduce identified risks
- Identify recurring faults participate in root cause analysis and propose solutions in collaboration with maintenance planning
- Regularly examine Overall Equipment Effectiveness results aiming to eliminate losses resulting from technical failures
- Incorporate maintenance experience and technical considerations into investment planning
- Propose the introduction of new methods technicaloperational modifications and improvement measures based on external trends and innovative solutions
- Periodically review the results of reliability activities and integrate them into the maintenance plan
Qualifications needed to apply for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of industrial experience in a technical field OR technical vocational training in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of industrial experience in a technical field
- 2 years of experience in project or team management
- Knowledge of maintenance/operational methods and processes
- Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Intermediatelevel English language proficiency
- Nativelevel Hungarian language proficiency
- Familiarity with SAP PM and MS Office.
