As a Relationship Manager you would be expected to partner with agents and generate business through them.

Job Description (Role):
(1) Drive acquisition and activation of new IFAs NDs and Banks to achieve higher sales volumes.
(2) Meet distributors regularly and identify potential ones to be earmarked for higher business opportunities.
(3) Drive sales independently of different products by regularly engaging with all the distributors for respective channels.
(4) Circulates fund updates and productrelated information to respective partners.
(5) Marketing collaboration with distributors to increase EduFunds mindshare and increase visibility through various activities.
(6) Conduct distributor engagement programs.
(7) Ensure that publicity material and other literature are provided to distributors on time.
(8) Coordinate with other stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the business.

Specific criteria required for the applicant students:
(1) Indepth knowledge of Mutual Funds
(2) Mandatory NISM VA certification.
(3) Good excel skills
(4) A Positive and gogetter attitude & strong team culture
(5) Willing to travel extensively
(6) Should speak and write English and Hindi knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
(7) Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
