Job Description

Req ID : 2599956
Position entails implementing LORENZs software solutions in pharmaceutical companies such that these companies can submit drug applications to regulatory agencies such as the FDA. Implementation involves IQ/OQ validation migration set up of the software in the AWS cloud performance testing and project managing others who are doing configuration training and support. Manage software implementation projects including customer kickoffs implementations from initiation to golive upgrades and thirdparty hosting implementations. Perform installation validation configuration and migration related services in North America. Provide guidance and recommendations regarding products services and industry trends internally and to external customers/prospects. Collaborate with internal cloud (AWS) staffs for system deployments. Manage customer communications effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction. Ensure project scopes and deliverables meet SOW SLA MSA requirements.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related or foreign equivalent 60 months of experience in the job offered.
