Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients diagnosed with cancer in the oncology unit.
- Administer chemotherapy immunotherapy and other oncology treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for side effects and adverse reactions to treatments.
- Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in oncology nursing or a related field.
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and oncology treatments.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
