Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering highquality care to residents ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Leading a team of carers providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care.

- Assessing residents health needs developing care plans and monitoring progress.
- Administering medication and carrying out treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
- Preferably with experience working in a nursing home environment though we welcome applicants with diverse nursing backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents their families and healthcare professionals.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team of carers.
- Flexibility to work contracted hours of 36 per week primarily day shifts with the willingness to cover night shifts as required.
