Key Responsibilities:
Assess the physical social and psychological needs of patients/clients
Coordinate care for the multidisciplinary team
Document services provided in accordance with regulations
Participate in staff orientation and student programs
Provide nursing care in accordance with policies and standards
Transport and utilize medical equipment for patient/client care
Follow established workflows
Maintain productivity to meet goals
Assume responsibility for personal professional growth
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
