Looking for an RN with skilled homecare experience to support our Greater Nashua team. Experience with wound care IV management and ostomy is preferred. Coverage needed is MondayFriday 8am4:30pm with some flexibility due to selfscheduling. Candidate can schedule visits but must leave time open for an urgent admission. Threeday orientation will be provided with expectation to be at full productivity of 6 patients daily after first week. 1 week preapproved time off and other requests considered on casebycase basis. REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of experience required Traveler Experience: Would consider first time traveler for right candidate based on homecare experience. High volume of skilled wound care IV management ostomy care and education chronic disease management and medication education. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication Documentation Communication): Epic SCHEDULING TYPE: Self UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours Threeday orientation will be provided with expectation to be at full productivity of 6 patients daily after first week.
