Position: Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional oncall duties)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daytoday operations of our domiciliary care services.
• Reporting directly to the Company Director.
• Providing leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of highquality care.
• Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Driving business growth and increasing turnover through effective management and communication.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Passion for the care industry and dedication to making a positive impact.
• Friendly loyal and approachable demeanor.
• Indepth knowledge of the CQC framework.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager.
