Location: Canterbury Kent
Salary: £119000
Remit:
Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful luxury nursing home based in Canterbury Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides personcentred care to elderly residents who require general nursing respite palliative/endoflife residential care and specialist dementia care.

The care home is based in Canterbury and is commutable from Ashford Dover Folkestone Gillingham Herne Bay Maidstone Margate Ramsgate Sittingbourne Whitstable and surrounding areas.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a twostage format.
- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner and Regional Director
- Stage Two Inperson interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within large nursing homes
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
- Successful in the private / selffunder market
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
