Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading health and social care providers to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Poole.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end-of-life, and residential care, as well as specialist dementia care.

The care home is based in Poole and is commutable from Blandford, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorchester, Ringwood, Salisbury, Southampton, Weymouth, and surrounding areas.

Interview Process:

- Stage One – Video call interview with the Internal Recruitment Team
- Stage Two – In-person interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within medium/large nursing homes
- Nurse with a valid PIN
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
