We are currently searching for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead (Europe) who will bring to life our vision of a unified and worldclass talent landscape across our European markets. This is a new position in our business giving you the opportunity to shape the position from day one and leave your legacy in our business. With more than 1400 stores and 3 support offices across Germany France Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our business into the future. You will be based in our Hamburg Support Office and will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead who is based in Australia.

Your primary activities are

• Partner with market leaders managers and franchise partners to drive innovation and best practice in our approach to recruitment across the European market
• In consultation with the global team driving evolution and unification of a standardised candidate and manager experience
• Drive employer branding initiatives from concept to implementation by crafting compelling stories that solidifies us as an employer of choice
• Lead recruitment on senior positions within the European market
• Provide sound business advice in line with legislation and best practice across each market

You are an excellent match if you

• You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with experience working across a geographically dispersed workforce ideally in a multinational environment
• Your talent acquisition experience will be diverse and cover end to end recruitment and strategy development / execution and employer branding
• This is a standalone role in our European market so you will be innately highly autonomous and comfortable leading projects and initiatives
• You will demonstrate strong collaboration and partnership skills which will allow you to develop strong relationships across the region quickly
• It is essential you be fluent in German French and English
• Travel will be required of this position as such flexibility to travel across the European market is required
