What You Will Do

The Regional Sales Manager will contribute to increasing sales & revenue from food beverage and dietary supplement markets. In this role you will help shape business expansion strategies and provide input into the company’s annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.

Who You Are

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and pursuing new accounts within the food beverage and dietary supplement segments demonstrating a proven ability to successfully manage and close sales projects with moderate to long sales cycles. This candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize and efficiently execute sales development activities ensuring the achievement of revenue targets with minimal supervision. As a representative of the company the perfect candidate will also excel in networking and engaging with industry professionals at tradeshows conferences and other events.

Requirements

  • BS in Food Science Nutrition or a related field
  • 5 years minimum B2B sales experience selling specialty/trademarked ingredients in the natural products functional food and/or dietary supplement markets
  • Ability to travel up to 30% often overnight
  • CRM experience especially Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient with Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be located in the Midwest region of the US
