Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within their designated region. They are responsible for leading and guiding the sales team developing sales strategies and fostering strong customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to optimize performance and productivity
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of sales data
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Manage budget and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Sound understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
