As Regional Sales Manager you will be home based (ideal locations are Georgia or Alabama will consider Tennessee or the Carolinas) with your primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate machine and products for the machines coolant and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel make joint sales calls (with distributor reps) and liaise with enduser National Accounts. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new distribution channel members. You will conduct handson application of our products productivity testing and provide machine demonstrations when required. You will also provide marketing insight and feedback. After appropriate training and familiarity with the product line you will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert. To be successful in this role you must demonstrate core values to both internal and external customers daily.

The successful candidate will have a technical background in the sales and application of industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing. Band sawing experienced is preferred.

A professional and positive attitude is paramount anyone without this need not apply!

COMPENSATION:

As Regional Sales Manager you are supplied with a company car gas and maintenance card laptop computer cell phone and are compensated for other necessary (and approved) office equipment and services. All reasonable travel expenses and lodging are compensated. The primary mode of transportation within the assigned territory is by car unless preapproved for air travel. You are compensated primarily by a salary plan (commensurate with experience) plus commissions.
