Key responsibilities:

Directly reporting to the Polish Operations Director you will ensure the highest standard of quality across our logistics and production. You will be responsible for transforming our production towards premium customer standard one of the key pillars of our strategic roadmap.

Quality Management System and Process Excellence

• Define and implement Quality group policy together with the Operations Director and the Quality Manager of the division
• Define the Quality Manual and any necessary amendments (including HACCP).
• Set and monitor Sinova quality objectives and KPIs for Poland and report progress to Sinova Board of Directors
• Manage withdrawal of feed alerts

Continuous Improvement towards premium production

• Ensure high quality products in accordance with specifications and implemented standards at the plant propose any process improvement to stabilise it
• Provide solutions to quality problems (including nonconformities) using lean management approach and work with internal experts (quality engineering sales purchase)
• Monitor customer relations and documentation audits questionnaires etc.
• Research new quality projects (new analytical technologies/new products)

External representation

• Liaise with the administration on quality issues
• Attend quality related administrative inspections

Leadership responsibilities

• Lead motivate and develop the quality department team including development plans
• Supervise and monitor quality cost analysis (inc. cost of nonquality)
• Serve as the Polish point of contact for quality within the Sinova Quality network.

Education and experience:

• Degree in biology chemistry environmental sciences or similar
• 810 years experience in a Quality department or similar in an industrial company including on leadership positions
• Experience in an industrial environment in coordination with operations production logistics and other departments
• Knowledge of quality management systems and/or lean management principles is a plus
• Experience in international environment is a plus
