Seeking a proactive Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations across our client’s association locations. This role includes training Alliance Supervisors and team members establishing operational policies and ensuring equipment and safety standards are up to par.
Based in Georgetown with flexibility for remote work the role demands frequent travel (50% 30% expected overnight) to ensure operational excellence customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
Day to Day:
Based in Georgetown with flexibility for remote work the role demands frequent travel (50% 30% expected overnight) to ensure operational excellence customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
Day to Day:
- Conduct training and oversight for operations at alliance locations
- Foster strong relationships with customers and team members
- Collaborate in developing operational policies and safety procedures
- Regularly review operational equipment and vehicles to meet specifications
- Address and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Maintain communication with management on operational risks and efficiency improvements
- Uphold and enforce safety training and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a businessrelated field is preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for companyrelated travel
- 35 years of leadership experience with a proven sales and leadership track record
- Techsavvy especially with Epicor P21 and Microsoft Office
- Excellent team collaboration and problemsolving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with an initiative in problemsolving
