Our Customer is the global leader in robotic pool cleaners, holding first place in market share and innovation. Our client is focused on enabling pool owners to get the most enjoyment from their pool by providing the best-performing and easiest pool cleaning solutions. Our customer pioneered the field of robotic pool cleaners more than 30 years ago. Our client is currently looking for a Front-end Developer to work with their Australian counterpart, to be based here in the Philippines.

  • Develop the SEA Plan, Identify new opportunities/channels for growth across all Maytronics & Poseidon product lines.
  • Be the face of the company within the Asia region with dealers and distributors for Maytronics Australia and Poseidon Drowning Detection Systems.
  • Lead and grow the Sales team across the region including planning & executing training.
  • Grow sales and technical knowledge through the existing distribution network by providing support via marketing, product and sales training.
  • Technically support and troubleshoot Maytronics products in each market, resolving customer complaints & service issues.
  • Lead and report on the regions sales and servicing progress, e.g, Lead generation, Sales per month verse budget and gross profit.
  • Lead and implement the strategic direction of the business within Asia
  • Culturally diverse and understanding of surrounding countries.
  • Collect and report on customer feedback and market intelligence
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences where necessary
  • Deliver on Monthly sales and gross profit budgets
  • Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
  • Achieve Branch KPI s ensuring we are delivering Exceptional Customer experience to All Customers.
  • Lead and inspire the team, ensuring a winning culture within the team is achieved.
  • All aspects of employee management such as, recruiting, performance reviews and day to day management of the team including conducting infield coaching with Account Managers on a monthly basis, providing feedback and action plans. Project Management
  • Manage the Poseidon Stakeholders - Waterland, MTFR, MTAU and Sport Singapore


Requirements

  • A strong sales leader with high level of business and commercial acumen
  • Minimum 3 years Regional Sales Experience (some project management experience would be advantage)
  • Uses an innovative approach and creative approach to developing business across the region
  • Professional, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English; 1 other Asian language is an advantage
  • Ability to work with different cultures in Asia, Australia, France and Israel
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Adept with Excel
