As the Recruitment Specialist you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a highperforming Call Center team responsible for scheduling sales appointments across the USA. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying attracting and retaining top talent that aligns with our client s values and goals.

• Proven experience in Call Center recruiting preferably within the home improvement or service industry.
  
• Indepth knowledge of Call Center operations hiring trends and industryspecific challenges.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex information and connect with candidates at all levels.
  
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally especially with marketing teams.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 35 years of experience in Call Center recruiting demonstrating progressive responsibilities and achievements.
  

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Call Center positions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
  
• Talent Acquisition: Source screen and interview potential candidates to identify the best fit for Call Center roles emphasizing both technical skills and cultural alignment.
  
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the recruiting processes to enhance efficiency reduce timetofill and elevate the overall quality of hires.
