This is a remote position.
We are looking for a HR Recruiter specialist on a part time basis for the first 1 month and then full time position the following month onwards.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
Review and analyze resumes to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct phone and inperson interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Organized and detailoriented with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with candidates.
Effective negotiation skills to close job offers.
Persuasive techniques to influence potential Candidates positively.
Indepth understanding of the companys products/services and industry.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist and in using ATS Systems such as Zoho Recruit and Linkedin Recruit.

Pay: 265 270 USD per month
