Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Recruitment Researcher to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Researcher you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior consultants by identifying sourcing and engaging toptier talent for our clients' hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques including online job boards social media professional networking sites and databases to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct indepth candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications skills and fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and tailor candidate searches accordingly.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling interviews coordinating candidate feedback and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
