JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST/CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 3 years experience in Recruitment Staffing and Candidate Sourcing.
Competent Client / Customer Management skills.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience in Construction Recruitment using Bullhorn CRM (recruitment software) would be a MASSIVE advantage.
Bachelors Degree in Psychology or similar related fields WOULD BE A BONUS THOUGH NOT ESSENTIAL
Competent user of Office IT software such as MS Office products Bullhorn
Organized and structured with a mindset to learn new skills and develop them. ESSENTIAL
Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment and work on short notice requirements. ESSENTIAL
Experience working with LinkedIn and managing LinkedIn profiles would be MASSIVE ADVANTAGE
Exposure in handling global clients is an advantage


Your Responsibilities As a Recruitment Specialist/Customer Support Officer:
Supporting our consultants with daily business and tasks
Assisting with our Rostering / attendance management
Sourcing & Screening Candidates
Manage CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Manage the overall interview selection and closing process NOT YET THIS WILL BE ME TO START OFF WITH
Ensure all screening hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment Australian laws and regulations
Continuously build CRM database of clients and candidates and Tear sheets for specific roles in specific locations
Phone screening candidate interviews and general profiling for candidates from entrylevel all the way up to managerial levels depending on the business needs.
Some administrationtype duties primarily keeping a structured and organized filing and reference system.
Once trained you would be expected to manage client LinkedIn profiles and send messages or comments on their behalf.
Eventually mapping all the construction and development sector across Australia on linked in and the company CRM
