Recruitment Consultant

Invicta Recruitment Office is located on Broadway in Peterborough.

Our company has a temporary position available for a Recruitment Consultant. You will be part of a small team.

Tasks

Main Purpose of Job: Responsible for organising agency workers within required clients ensuring they follow relevant procedures H&S and compliance with food or company standards. Completing application packs and Right To Work checking procedure. Dealing with new agency workers into the business with induction procedures client training and site walk around. Managing workers departures in the mornings and delivering excellent and consistent customer service levels to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for roles in the business.

Completing application packs ensuring all areas are completed and signed accordingly.

Carrying out the relevant ID checks for compliance of the right to work in the UK.

Developing a good understanding of client companies their industry what they do and their work culture and environment.

Managing interviews for new roles reviewing all applications and creating a shortlist of candidates.

Briefing the candidate about the role monies and contract details of the job in question.

Completing the company site induction for the client before arriving on site.

Introducing new staff into the required positions for the client ensuring paperwork has been completed and authorised.

Order Levels ensure we are providing the required number of workers for the specific jobs.

Organise with the client next day needs for each shift and confirm with workers.

Ensure Agency Workers have correct PPE and protective clothing.

Requirements

Good verbal English along with Romanian language ability.

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with applicants workers and colleagues.

Ability to remain calm polite and professional under pressure.

A passion for attention to detail and the importance of good organisation and accuracy
