Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Experience with running interviews
• Passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the travel and tourism industry.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
