Structure Leveraging Our Specialties

Our Business Development Managers will grow the business by identifying engaging and managing prospective and active clients. They will project manage recruitment assignments working closely with the Recruitment Associates.

Our Recruitment Associates will identify qualify engage candidates and manage our talent communities. They will work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager to identify talent for recruitment processes. They will utilise modern search techniques to identify and engage relevant talent in the market who will make a difference to our clients businesses and who will benefit from the opportunities we identify.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:

A. Data science related tertiary qualification
B. Digital Marketing Tertiary degree in Digital Marketing
C. Human Resources Tertiary degree in HR
D. Policy/Program/Project Management related tertiary degree


Skills:

Able to write to a high standard of English.
Confident with Technology.
Confident verbal communications.
