Currently we are looking for an intern (min. 20h/week) for a minimum of three months (6 months in case of a mandatory internship) to support our rapid growth.

Since we are a very small organization the internship is unfortunately unpaid.

Tasks

• EndtoEnd Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Evaluation: Execute prescreening processes ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews creating a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in new hire onboarding from document preparation to orientation coordination.
• Procedure Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined HR procedures.
• Team Support and HR Operations: Provide assistance in various HR functions supporting the team and contributing to efficient HR operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills as well as a good feel for social issues and an understanding of target groups.
• Basic experience in social media community management or editorial work is desired.
• Cultural and social sensitivity as well as empathy.
• Very good English skills both written and spoken. German knowledge is desirable.
