Recruitment Administrator - Health care

To support the Recruitment Team with all areas of recruitment administration, acting as a main point of contact for initial enquiries and supporting candidates through the recruitment journey. You will provide support across the recruitment cycle on-boarding process, ensuring that we offer a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional, and informative. The successful candidate will work with and support all members of the Recruitment Team on different projects and tasks, and regularly liaise with successful candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the senior recruiter in the administration of completing the recruitment process
  • Contact applicants and obtain all relevant documentation and correspondence and input relevant information into the applicant tracking system
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges and employment agencies
  • Managing and coordinating pre-employment checks, visa applications and support to candidates in all compliance prior to commencement of employment
  • Manage a candidate database
  • Ad hoc recruitment administrative support
  • Act as reliable and supportive team members
  • Completing a complex recruitment administrative task with less supervision
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g.,via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities


Requirements


  • Two years experience in a recruitment administration role
  • Strong solid administration experience
  • Experience with Social Media Recruitment
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
  • Maintain a strong relationship with recruiters and candidates
  • Act as reliable and supportive team members
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment
  • Familiar handling online job-hunting websites
  • Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervisionAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Experience in using recruitment databases
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive can approach and be able to work with minimum direction
  • Have an interest in healthcare
