Job Description

We are searching for a highly organized and effective recruitment administrator. We require someone who can operate successfully in a fast-paced environment, as well as someone with strong time management and communication abilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and precision.

What’s in it for you -


Salary: R6 500 – R8 500 per month, depending on experience
40 days paid holiday annually - (including bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)
Fully remote working

Mandatory Skills minimum 3 years’ experience in:


Recruitment administration experience

Experience in conducting screening interviews with suitable candidates.

Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting: source, identify, assess, interview, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through the recruiting process.
Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their skills and competencies.
Report on pipeline activity and maintain data integrity.
Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools.
Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline.
Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Duties include but not limited to -


Offer the best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process by using best practice methods.
Conducting interviews with potential applicants
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
Organised, methodical and able to follow processes for recruitment.
Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
Work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues.

The company has a BYOD (bring your own device) policy.
As a standard, they require all new employees to have a minimum of:
  • Windows 11
  • RAM 12GB minimum
  • Installed SSD
  • Generation depending on processor family:
    • i9 - 8th gen
    • i7 - 8th gen
    • i5 - 8th gen
    • i3 - 10th gen
