Recruiter or Senior Recruiter

What would your day at Goodera look like:

As our Recruiter/Senior Recruiter, you’ll be owning end to end Recruiting for our specific business units within Goodera. Youll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire, act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

What You Will Do:

• Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating the sourcing efforts.
• Monitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, and talent pipelines for the function
• Develop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates as designated
• Develop market intelligence and work on key strategic projects
• Own the talent – hunt, engage, farm, bring it to the business and add them to the workforce
• Develops sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidates
• Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, and collaborates with marketing to achieve designated objectives

Requirements

We are looking for:

• At least 2-6 years in IT/Non-IT recruitment in a fast-paced company
• Ability to anticipate organizational problems, changes, and needs, and provide recommendations to stakeholders based on market intelligence to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
• An understanding of various sourcing strategies to ensure a strong pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
• Cheerful and self-motivated individual
