Overview

As a recruiter you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing interviewing and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • have extensive experience working on salesforce dot net QA requirements
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and to provide updates on the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast future hiring needs
  • Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process
  • Network and build longlasting relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Maintain candidate databases and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient workflow
  • Stay uptodate with current recruiting methods best practices and industry trends
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events
  • Prepare and present regular recruiting reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ethical hiring practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (either inhouse or a staffing agency)
  • Demonstrable experience in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employer branding
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and practices
  • Familiarity with social media professional networks and online recruiting tools
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting targets
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. PHR or SHRMCP) is a plus
  • Experience in technical recruiting is advantageous
