Overview:

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring the company has a highperforming and engaged workforce in line with its strategic objectives. The Recruiter also contributes to building a strong employer brand and promoting a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates including job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidates suitability for specific roles
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and keep candidate records updated
  • Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate employment offers and communicate the companys benefits and culture to candidates
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Participate in college job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics for management review
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach to talent acquisition
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
