Overview:
The Recruiter Internship role is integral to our organization as it provides an opportunity for individuals to gain handson experience in the field of recruitment. As a Recruiter Intern you will assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
  • Participate in the development of job descriptions and job postings
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Support recruitment events and activities
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and records
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates
  • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on recruitment projects
  • Adhere to recruitment policies and procedures
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of HR and recruitment principles
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
  • Previous internship or relevant experience is advantageous
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for talent acquisition and peoplecentric initiatives

Note: This is an unpaid internship (No Salary NO Stipend Only performance based Incentive)
