Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location Bangalore Hybrid

We are seeking a Recruiter with program management experience to develop and recruit the next generation of talent. Early Career Program at our client is an important business strategy to ensure that we have the game changers in place to imagine design and shape the future!

Your Role
You will manage endtoend process of attracting recruiting and developing of early talents and driving the program to achieve the business goal of engaging new talent. You will foster recruiting partnerships with schools; coordinate campus events; create and facilitate dynamic early career programs and develop a talent pipeline of qualified diverse talents that support the firms location strategy; coach apprentice manage relationships with senior leaders and managers and partner with firm wide stakeholders to ensure the programs success in India.


Additional responsibilities include:
Talent Branding Partner in the development of impactful campus recruitment/brand campaigns and their strategic deployment using social media and branded recruiting collateral
Candidate Generation Post approved jobs at target schools partner with Career Services faculty members and internal stakeholders on events and develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pool to our programs
Program Development Curate and facilitate structured Apprenticeship Program to achieve an outstanding overall apprentice experience
Screening and Selection Facilitate all aspects of candidate selection; resume reviews interviews and selection candidate engagement resulting in entry career talent candidates
Onboarding Manage all logistics aspects of offer letter; work visas; payroll notification and others with the various teams
Talent Pipeline Ensure adherence to clients global hiring process including comprehensive data collection of all candidates via ATS (i.e. Workday) database to build a talent pipeline of Apprentices
Partner with Internal Business Groups Meet with leaders to evaluate conversion candidates upon conclusion of apprentice cohort and facilitate offer approval and creation process
Support Program Principles Ensure local understanding of clients Recruiting policies and principles
Program Results Maintain and provide metrics to reflect accurate ROI
Benchmarking Monitor local industry best practices and provide improvement recommendation
Budget: Report the financial status of planned expenditures against actual expenses
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors in business human resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development campus program leading fullcycle campus recruitment or human resources
Previous direct experience working in a multinational technology company and as a member of virtual team
Demonstrate expertise with ATS systems (Workday)
Demonstrate ability to build successful partnerships with all levels of management and peers
Excellent communication skills including presentation skills and facilitation skills
Understanding of HR practices and local employment law
Ability to navigate across tactical and strategic initiatives
High degree of initiative and autonomy
