• You will win new talents for our team through your strength in active sourcing.
  
• You will actively take care of the development and expansion of our partner management on an international level, including selection and contract management.
  
• You accompany the entire recruiting process from initial contact to the first working day of our new colleagues.
  
• You are the primary contact person for recruiting issues in the organization and work closely with our specialist departments.
  

• You actively contribute your expertise and your network in recruiting and personnel to the design of processes.
  
• You will apply your domain knowledge, with reference to UK employment law and practices, to ensure the UK business remains compliant.
  

Requirements:

• You are a professional in sourcing candidates, particular in reference to the Microsoft / IT (Information Technology) space.
  
• You work in a structured and independent manner, but do not let ad-hoc requests get you down.
  
• You are a team player for whom reliability and integrity are a matter of course.
