Commission Structure: For Permanent Placement Positions in the US/Canada with candidates from US/Canada.


70% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) on the first $150000.

94% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) thereafter.



Example: 1

Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $200000.

Gross Commission $200000

Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000

Recruiter Commission for $50000 balance is 94% $47000

Total Anniversary Commissions on $200000 $152000


Example: 2

Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $400000.

Gross Commission $400000

Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000

Recruiter Commission for $250000 balance is 94% $235000

Total Anniversary Commissions on $400000 $340000


Commissions are paid the first BiWeekly payment period once the client funds are received.

Your commissions are based on cumulative 12month anniversary year.

Requirements:


  • Equipment and supplies: You must own a laptop outbound phone line and have access to reliable internet.

  • As an Independent AgentFull Cycle Recruiter your company will be responsible for sourcing Clients & Candidates.

  • Any costs or fees associated with the client transactions included but not limited to business cards custom apparel lead lists or referrals and specialty software are available upon request to purchase.

  • Wire transfers ACH credit card processing taxes exchange rates tariffs collections legal or other direct costs associated with commission sales are deducted from the Recruiters commissions.

  • A monthly Subscription fee of $123 to sell on behalf of FoxMore and is due prior to starting and each month thereafter. The subscription will also provide ZOHO Recruit Applicant Tracking system ATS. inbound phone line access and email/Gsuite including Teams. If you hire additional staff (Office or Sales) you agree to pay an additional monthly Subscription for each person working/supporting on your contract.

  • After your 6 month anniversary you agree to incorporate your business and provide E&O insurance.

  • All contracts are Reviewed Approved and Issued by FoxMore Management and kept on file.

  • Independent AgentFull Cycle Recruiter must always represent themselves as an Independent Agent.

  • All Media Marketing or Advertising in any form must be pre approved by FoxMore LLC.

  • You may not open an advertised FoxMore office without a separate office contract.

Requirements: W-9 (Canada W-8BEN(e)) Equipment: You must own a laptop and have access to reliable internet. Minimum gross revenue requirement of $100,000 in billings each anniversary year. Guarantee Candidate periods that are not fulfilled and fee refunds are adjusted in commissions. As an Independent Agent-Full Cycle Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing Clients & Candidates. A monthly service fee of $123 is due prior to starting, (prorated for the first month), then due the 1st of each month for ATS/CRM, Inbound phone line access, and email/G-suite. After your 6 month anniversary, you agree to incorporate your business and carry E&O insurance. All client contracts are Reviewed, Approved and Issued by FoxMore Management and kept on file. Freelance Full Cycle Recruiter must always represent themselves as an Independent Agent.
