We are looking for a receptionist for medical office located in Fort Lauderdale.
Fulltime position Monday to Friday. Stable job.
Tasks
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist patients entering the office and answer calls to schedule patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Receive calls from other offices with referred patients and reception of laboratory exams
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Job stability
