Receptionist FOH Admin

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised business, considered to be the Admin/receptionist. Pay rates from 12.60 per hour. The role is based in Hounslow.

-Computer literacy(Microsoft office suites - essential)

- Excel skills are REQUIRED

- Great communication and inter-personal skills

- An organised approach to work and scheduling tasks

Office Start Time:

• 09:00 to 17:00

Pay :

• From 12.60 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Admin/Receptionist :

• Data entry, answering calls
• Directing visitors around the building
• Arranging post & deliveries
• Processing invoices & credits for customers
• Taking minutes for meetings
• Report management and maintain organised records to upkeep stock integrity
