Real World Evidence Strategic Engagement

Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for a Real World Evidence Strategic Engagement in the Foster City CA area. (Position can be 100% Remote)
• We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills to join the Real World Evidence team.
• The successful candidate will have a background in healthcare and a strong understanding of observational research and Real World Data.
• This role will support internal engagement with both global and affiliate teams to elevate the scientific quality of observational research.
• Support integrated evidence planning in early phase development (development of playbook (IEP execution team) training (IEP development & refresh))
• Support RWE Communications and materials
• Collaborate with cross functional teams; within global and across affiliate countries/regions to identify and prioritize gaps in the execution of observational research
• Facilitate communication of observational research processes across global and affiliate stakeholders
• Lead presentations to stakeholders regarding RWE infrastructure tools and data sources
• Support internships for Masters students in the UK and US
• Actively adapt and adjust priorities to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks
• Perform other related duties as required by the Department.

Experience:

• Graduate Degree in Social Science with at least two years of experience in Real World Evidence
  OR
• Graduate Degree and (5) years of experience in Real World Evidence
• Experience in drug development is a plus.
• Proficient in observational study design and methods
• Familiarity with real world data source: US
• Ability to effectively communicate scientific concepts to cross functional teams
• Strong Presentation skills
