Job Title: Virtual Real Estate Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients including buyers and sellers through various
channels such as phone email and virtual meetings.
Deliver outstanding customer service promptly addressing inquiries and
concerns.
Sales Assistance:
Assist real estate agents in arranging property viewings and coordinating
virtual open houses.
Prepare and distribute digital marketing materials for property listings.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update real estate databases and client records accurately.
Handle the preparation and processing of sales contracts agreements
and other documentation.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to analyze property trends pricing and
competitor activity.
Provide insightful reports and analysis to support decisionmaking.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales administration with a focus on virtual
support.
Fluent English communication skills with an Australian accent preferred
facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
