Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal you will be crucial in supporting our legal team in the closing and title processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions with veteran expertise in closings and titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of Commercial Real Estate closings.
• Conduct thorough title examinations and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients lenders and other parties involved in the closing process.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Commercial Real Estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate.
• Proven expertise in closings and title processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish
