About the role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced candidateto join our key Facilities and Real Estateteam to primarily focus onmanaging HVACrelated projects and processes.The successful candidate will join Aira on the way tolaunching and maintaining its worldfirst Aira Jeden Factory in Wroclawbasing on Industry 4.0 solutions as well as the principles of World Class Operation (WCO).

What are the responsibilities

  • maintaining the industrial and office facilities installations as well asexternal area in full technical condition and in accordance with legal requirements
  • providing ongoing maintenance repairs and daily technical support
  • solving emerging technical problems and ensuring appropriate response in the event of a failure or serious defect
  • analyzing defects and technical condition of the facility
  • creating annual facility maintenance plan and investment plan
  • managing media and waste
  • coordinating technical works on the facility and technological processes
  • monitoring legislative changes and adapting the facility to legal requirements
  • cooperating with other teams and functions withinthe company both locally and globally
  • participating in manufacturing andfactory development projects including site transformation
  • leading projects in HVAC area
  • creating and managingprocesses procedures and standards within Real Estate department
  • securing purchasingcontracts participating in tenders managing leases
  • local reporting to the Head of Real Estate

What do you bring to the team

  • university degree preferably in HVACengineering or any related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance work (e.g. Facility Management Property Management)
  • experience in coordinating crossfunctional project teams
  • proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively
  • analytical and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently with high degree of ownership but also to cooperate in a partnershipwith different functions when needed
