We are working with an International Real Estate manager to appoint a Director who will manager and develop the Real Estate Investment Management team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Manage and motivate the Real Estate Investment Management Team in all aspects of real estate investment management business
- Manage a portfolio of regulated investment funds, comprising high-profile/high-value real estate assets. The portfolio includes a wide range of property asset classes across Europe and the US
- Liaise with Investment Advisors, Fund & AIFM Boards and Operations team. Assisting with ad hoc issues or queries that may arise
- Take responsibility for the preparation and presentation of quarterly investment management board reports and update the relevant fund boards on the underlying investment portfolio
- Undertake financial analysis, modelling and detailed investment appraisals of investment opportunities for acquisition and disposal and prepare and present analysis to fund boards
Requirements
- Primary Degree or Masters from leading University
- Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting/real estate/banking
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/RICS
- Experience managing individuals within the real estate asset class
- Excellent analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
