Our client is a Private Equity heavy weight with an impressive track record in turning around under performing real estate assets. As a leading Value Add Real Estate Investor in the region the team manage assets across all major Asian markets and are focused on opportunistic deals which are supported by an impressive global team.
We are looking to speak with Real Estate Asset Management professionals with up to 10 years of experience with aspirations to join a best in class business and be part of a supported and growing Singapore team.
As an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager your role would be to support deal activity primarily from North Asia. Owing to the team structure a Chinese speaker would be most successful in this role combined with a strong valuations background and first class modelling skills. This is a global organisation so the ability to interact and communicate with ease and clarity with colleagues in Europe and the US is crucial and to have experienced these different working styles and cultures would be valuable.
Our clients plans include a commitment to Singapore being their centre of excellence for finance and asset management within the region. Providing deal support to the team for both new transactions and dispositions including coordinating Financial Due Diligence and Tax Due Diligence overseeing capital calls reviewing loan documents and handling closing logistics etc this new Singapore role will be comprised of asset management fund modelling portfolio management technology implementation/support and performance reporting. The analyses produced will support the Deal Team and senior members of the firm for decisionmaking purposes in addition to critically supporting the client service process for both current and prospective investors.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate asset management and portfolio management
- Language skills Chinese and English
- Communication style is essential given the exposure to senior members of the Investment Finance and Marketing teams
- High exposure to real estate valuations
- First class excel modelling skills
- Diligent organised detailoriented and super responsive
