Tasks

• Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and property values
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements

• Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the property transaction process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales or property investment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the UK property market and investment opportunities
