Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

As the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager you will be the primary contact for all real estate acquisition activities in your designated market. Your responsibilities will include assessing property values negotiating deals and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for a selfstarter who excels in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and proposing suitable transaction solutions.
• Conduct inhome appointments to evaluate properties and provide cash offers based on market analysis and repair estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using our CRM system ensuring timely followups and efficient sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including legal construction and property management teams.
• Proactively generate leads through networking and community engagement.
• Provide clear and accurate communication to the management team reporting on progress and challenges.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Conduct site visits as needed driving to various properties within the market.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in residential real estate acquisitions investments or sales with a proven track record of success.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set and exceed ambitious goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
• Integrity and sound judgment in business dealings.
• Empathetic and responsive to client needs with excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.
• Organized and efficient capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry open to guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Sales Business or related field preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred but not required.
