React JS Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new userfacing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into highquality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers
• Conducting code reviews and performance optimizations
• Working closely with the design and backend teams to integrate with APIs
• Implementing clean modern smooth animations and transitions
• Staying uptodate with the latest frontend technologies and best practices
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams
• Identifying and communicating frontend best practices
• Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to the backend
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues
• Mentoring junior developers
• Contributing to the architecture and design of the overall application

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a React.js developer
• Indepth knowledge of JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Strong proficiency in HTML CSS including responsive design
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
