React developer

• Develop and implement new userfacing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a React Developer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript (ES6) and experience in React.js and Next.js.
• Experience in developing complex user interfaces and web applications using React and Next.js.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop Sketch or Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobilefirst development.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design mockups into code.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Proficient understanding of version control systems particularly Git.
• Knowledge of modern frontend tools like Redux toolkit react query etc.
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack Babel rollup etc.)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jest React Testing Library) and test driven development (TDD) practices.
• Familiarity with serverside rendering (SSR) and/or static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
