• Collaborating with customers to identify their existing challenges and devising innovative solution concepts together.
  
• Overseeing project planning implementation and reporting.
  
• Involvement in research and development projects overseeing the coordination of developers tasks.
  
• Continuously enhancing our clients project processes methods and projectspecific software solutions.
  
• Securing followup orders within your projects through active acquisition efforts.
  

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering.
  
• 3 years of experience as a Project Manager preferably with a focus on R&D.
  
• A comprehensive understanding of the current technological landscape.
  
• Strong customer orientation as a defining trait.
  
• Enjoyment and proficiency in teamwork coupled with creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstrated high motivation and enthusiasm.
  
• Proactive embrace of new challenges and a passion for thinking innovatively.
  
• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
