Radio Frequency Technician

1st shift 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Tests troubleshoots and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
• Troubleshoots to the component level.
• Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team interacting closely with engineers and technicians.
• Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development.
• Reads and works from schematics.
• Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
• Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels.
• Maintain a clean organized work station.
• Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair.
• Must have RF Board level repair experience.

Qualifications:

• Must possess knowledge of RF principles.
• Possess soldering and desoldering skills.
• Indepth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
• Must be able to use signal generator.
• Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer.
• Must possess knowledge of VSWR ACLR & feedback circuits.
