Quickbase Administrator

We have the opportunity on some work that is rather unique around cash flow reporting and modeling. Included in this however is the fact that cash flow information to be used will come from users at various locations across the country and even outside of the US most likely and they will be using Quickbase as their tool. We are trying to find someone with Quickbase expertise. This opportunity calls for using it for three perspectives.

1. Supporting User Proficiency
   1. Writing process documentation
   2. Training users.
2. Performing system maintenance
   1. Validating the quality of the data in the system
   2. Tracking PO data in the system to ensure its complete and accurate
3. Trouble shooting Quickbase
   1. Working with developers to resolve system issues and bugs as they arise
   2. Managing the tickets submitted to report bugs that require support/fix

Quickbase Cashflow Solution is a customized app within Quickbase built for cashflow reporting purposes specifically. It houses all the DCDE projects POs actuals data along with historical cashflow & future forecasts. For future development of phase 2 were requesting the managed services to identify research areas of improvements and provide business / technical recommendations to the PgM based on the data analysis performed on current status. The team is expected to know ins and outs of all the cashflow data and processes and communicate with the technical developer team throughout the development process to advise from the business perspective.

The experience needs to be substantial enough to provide training and support to users while also creating documentation for users and troubleshooting per above.
