Quantity Surveyor
- Education Mechanical or Civil or Architect Diploma or Degree
- Experience Above 7 yrs
- Job Description
- Inspect the scope of work at site as per the drawing.
- Having Project Estimation skill and Excel Skill are added advantage.
- Responsible to certify the Running Actual Bill for the payment claiming from the Client.
- Not allow the overspending at the site beyond scope of work and Drawing
- Having expertise in reading Engineering drawing
- Inspection of Final Products as per drawing
- Able to send Daily Weekly and Monthly QA & QC Report to all the stake holders.
- Ensure the right quantity of raw materials and Products are delivered at the site. If there is any need for additional work it has to be approved by Client and the same has to be added in RA Bill for payment claiming.
- Responsible to get the Booked Margin on each Projects.
